• Chịu trách nhiệm phát triển ý tưởng, xây dựng concept và định hướng nội dung cho phim doanh nghiệp
• Write a detailed script for the video, including: dialogue content, voiceover, scene breakdown, mood and tone, visual direction, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with the Creative, Production, and other relevant departments to produce videos according to the established content direction.
• Supervising the post-production and editing process ensures the final product accurately conveys the brand message, is professional, and engaging.
• Propose creative ideas and new formats that align with media trends and viewer behavior.
• Participate in researching customer insights, market trends, and social media platforms to optimize video content effectiveness.
• Ensure the quality of content and images, and adhere to the project timeline.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager and the Board of Directors.

Report to: Head of Video Production

Experience required:

• I have 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Possesses creativity and a rich vocabulary.

Qualifications / Degrees

• Graduates with a university degree or higher from a school with a major in writing related to their field of study.
• Relevant professional certifications are required.
• Understanding culture, arts, literature, and the arts.

Skill: Using AI in script writing and creating script descriptions (Chatgpt, Gemini, etc.)

Income:

• Salary negotiable (10-15 million VND)
