We combine strategic thinking, creativity, and practical implementation capabilities to transform ideas into impactful experiences. From large-scale festivals and corporate events to integrated media campaigns and corporate commemorative films, the Newday team always works with the spirit of: daring to think differently and seeing things through to create results that exceed expectations.
With a Master's degree in Economics and over 20 years of management experience in education, business, and marketing, he, along with the company's leadership team, has built and developed Newday's core values and mission, aiming to provide the best services to customers. He consistently receives trust and high praise from partners and local government leaders from many provinces and cities across the country.
Not only is he the Chairman at Newday Media, but he is also a beloved musician with songs about his homeland and people that touch the hearts of many generations of Vietnamese people: the song "Legend of Trang An," "Mother's Footprints," "The Echoing Words," "Joining Hands with Mother Vietnam," etc.
As the CEO of Newday Media and the General Director of major cultural festivals nationwide, she is one of the pioneering figures in the media, festival, and performing arts industry in Vietnam.
For nearly two decades, she has dedicated her youth, passion, and aspirations to pursuing a mission. Bringing Vietnamese cultural values to the world by combining traditional art, indigenous folklore with modern technology, groundbreaking innovation, and new kinds of experiences., To awaken emotions, ignite national pride, and connect people through enduring cultural values.
Under her leadership, Newday Media has become the behind-the-scenes organizer of many large-scale, pioneering art programs and festivals in Vietnam, such as:
The Ho Chi Minh City River Festival, Ninh Binh Festival, Thai Xoe Dance Festival… national-scale cultural, tourism, and art festivals, along with numerous media campaigns and major events for leading Vietnamese and international corporations.
Beyond her spectacular stage productions, she is also known as a director who consistently pursues emotional depth and cultural value in each of her works. Every program she directs embodies the spirit of creating art with the heart of a contemporary Vietnamese storyteller.
Under her leadership, Newday Media has repeatedly made its mark on the international creative map. In particular, she personally won the Steve Awards Gold for Women in Business in 2019 and the ASEAN Women Entrepreneur Award in 2024.
But for her, the greatest reward isn't the trophies, but the moment when tens of thousands of audience members fall silent, overcome with emotion. It's when stories of Vietnamese history, culture, and people are brought to life through art and listened to with admiration by the world. Because she always believes that a stage performance may end after a few hours, but a sufficiently powerful emotion can linger in the hearts of viewers for an entire era.
As one of the founding shareholders of Newday Media, she played a crucial role in shaping the company's professional direction and development strategy, enabling it to become a world-class Media and Event Manager.
With over 20 years of experience in PR, Marketing, and Event management, she has collaborated with numerous major domestic and international clients, contributing to the success of many large international events such as: The Woolmark Project, Tiger Street Football, LG Health Launch…
Having graduated with an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and an MA in International Business and Marketing from London Metropolitan University, she currently represents Newday Media in the UK and develops Newday Media's projects in the US and European markets.

Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, and Law from leading economics universities in Vietnam, and with over 15 years of experience in the industry, she has contributed to building systems, developing processes, recruiting, and training many generations of successful employees at Newday.
As an active member of the leadership team, she has consistently contributed to the business development strategy, fostered a cohesive and supportive corporate culture, and created a youthful, dynamic, and creative environment. She has always been a dedicated and committed member, working wholeheartedly for the overall growth of Newday Media.

Starting as a General Accountant and with many years of experience at Newday Media, Ms. Hong is now the Head of Finance and Accounting, responsible for building and operating a transparent and stable financial system for the entire company.
In the creative environment, her work takes on a unique character where the "goods" are not just material objects but also artistic and emotional value. Her understanding of the industry's specifics allows her to be flexible, meticulous, and always maintain financial balance for projects, especially large-scale festivals.
As an active member of the management team, she emphasizes collaboration, establishing clear processes, and working alongside staff to handle tasks effectively. For Ms. Hong: "A solid financial foundation is essential for a sustainable project."“
Graduating from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology and with nearly 10 years of experience in the design field, he has successfully collaborated with many major domestic and international partners on unique and creative design products: AVG, the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam, HPE Vietnam, Microsoft Vietnam, Elmich Group, Ladofood Group, Lancome, Montblanc®, YSL, Gear Group, etc.
He always considered a successful design product to be one that fully met the client's needs. Therefore, in each of his "artistic creations," he always dedicated his heart and soul to delivering professional designs that were ahead of the curve.

With over 15 years of experience in visual arts, Nguyen Thanh Long is the man behind many of Newday Media's flagship film projects, such as the VAS Steel TV commercial series "Steel Heart," "Symphony of Steel," and cinematic-style travel films. 50 Flashes commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country; films celebrating the founding of businesses; and a film marking 80 years of the Ministry of Justice's development.
Throughout the project development process, especially for films requiring high speed and complexity, he always sets the pace to ensure that every detail – from the concept and setting to the visual emotion – is handled perfectly.
Thanks to his extensive experience and flexible work ethic, Long consistently transforms pressure into efficiency – and turns each project into a creative product bearing the unique mark of Newday Media.
With years of experience in the creative field, Nguyen Manh Hoang currently holds the position of Head of Creative at Newday Media, where he receives briefs from clients and transforms initial ideas into compelling concepts right from the drawing board. His deep understanding of art, ability to anticipate trends, and skill in inspiring creativity in his team enable Hoang and his group to successfully handle complex, continuous, and diverse projects.
Among these, mention must be made of the A80 series of events organized by various ministries and agencies: the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, the Government Inspectorate, along with many large-scale events organized by businesses. Not only creative in the proposals, Mr. Hoang and his team also directly participate in the implementation process, ensuring that every detail, from script and stage design to visuals, is meticulously executed and achieves the highest artistic quality.
With years of experience in event organization, he is a seasoned "warrior" in managing and implementing programs of diverse scales, from conferences and product launches to music festivals and cultural and sports events. He pursues a rigorous approach to operations and creative experiences, frequently applying technology to ensure that each event not only achieves its communication goals but also creates a distinct emotional impact on guests and partners.
For him, every successful program is a harmonious combination of ideas, technology, and risk management capabilities. With a high sense of responsibility and a constantly innovative mindset, he always aims to deliver optimal, effective, and sustainable solutions for each project he is in charge of.
With many years of experience in the field of Administration and Human Resources, Ms. Le Hang currently serves as the Head of Administration and Human Resources at Newday Media. As the person 'setting the rhythm' for the operational system, she not only focuses on building standardized management processes but also places special emphasis on creating a happy work environment – where each individual finds inspiration and motivation to break through their own limitations.
For her, human resource management is not simply about dry numbers or administrative documents, but the art of understanding and connecting with people's values. She believes that when each link is in the right place and empathetically connected, collective strength will become the leverage to help the organization achieve ambitious goals.
