You&#039;ll play a crucial role as a link between creative ideas and the actual production process, ensuring every frame is strategic and resonates with the audience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position &amp; Title: <\/strong>Script Editor<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working hours: <\/strong>8:30 AM \u2013 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (1.5 hour lunch break)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work location: <\/strong>80 Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Lang Ward, Hanoi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for developing ideas, building concepts, and providing content direction for media videos, TV commercials, corporate films, and branding videos.<\/li>\n<li>Write a detailed script for the video, including: dialogue content, voiceover, scene breakdown, mood and tone, visual direction, and storytelling.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Creative, Production, and other relevant departments to produce videos according to the established content direction.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the post-production and editing process ensures the final product accurately conveys the brand message, is professional, and engaging.<\/li>\n<li>Propose creative ideas and new formats that align with media trends and viewer behavior.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in researching customer insights, market trends, and social media platforms to optimize video content effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the quality of content and images, and adhere to the project timeline.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager and the Board of Directors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Report to:<\/strong> Head of Video Production<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I have 2 years of experience in a similar position.<\/li>\n<li>Possesses creativity and a rich vocabulary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Degrees<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduates with a university degree or higher from a school with a major in writing related to their field of study.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional certifications are required.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding culture, arts, literature, and the arts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skill: <\/strong>Using AI in script writing and creating script descriptions (Chatgpt, Gemini, etc.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quality<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Energetic, good communicator, careful, decisive, honest, enthusiastic, and able to withstand high work pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Creative, meticulous, decisive, and quick to understand.<\/li>\n<li>There are many unique and innovative ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude, a &quot;Can do&quot; spirit.\u201c<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Income:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary negotiable (10-15 million VND)<\/li>\n<li>Performance-based bonuses are awarded according to project KPIs.
